ProofEU is a service for collecting and displaying customer testimonials, built for companies subject to the GDPR. By using ProofEU, you accept these terms.

2. User account

You are responsible for the security of your credentials. You agree to use the service only for genuine testimonials from your real customers.

3. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to use ProofEU to:

Publish false or misleading testimonials
Collect personal data without the consent of the data subjects
Circumvent the free plan limits via multiple accounts
Engage in any unlawful activity

4. Intellectual property

The ProofEU source code, design and brand are the exclusive property of ProofEU. Your testimonials and data remain your property.

5. Liability

ProofEU is provided « as is ». Our liability is limited to the amount paid over the past 12 months. We do not guarantee continuous availability of the service.

6. Termination

You can terminate your account at any time. ProofEU may suspend an account in the event of a breach of these terms.

7. Changes

ProofEU reserves the right to amend these terms. Users will be notified by email 30 days before any material change.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
