2. Data we collect
- Email and hashed password at account creation
- Information provided by your customers in the testimonial form (name, role, company, content, rating)
- Anonymized navigation data (server logs without user identifier)
3. Legal basis
- Performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b) for providing the service
- Consent (Art. 6.1.a) for marketing communications
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f) for security and fraud prevention
4. Retention
- Account data: duration of the contractual relationship + 3 years
- Testimonials: until deleted by the account administrator
- Server logs: 90 days maximum
5. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, restriction. Requests should be sent to privacy@proofeu.com. Response within 72 business hours. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (e.g. the CNIL, cnil.fr) in case of an unresolved dispute.
6. International transfers
No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area. All data is stored in Dublin, Ireland.
7. Cookies
ProofEU only uses a technical session cookie (httpOnly, sameSite=strict) necessary for the service to function. No advertising or tracking cookies.
