Frequently asked questions

Is my data really stored in Europe?

Yes. ProofEU uses Turso (cloud SQLite) in the Dublin (Ireland) region and the Vercel Edge Network with Dublin (Ireland) as the preferred region. No automatic replication to US servers.

Can I download a DPA for my DPO?

Yes. ProofEU provides a pre-filled Data Processing Agreement (GDPR Art. 28), downloadable from the DPA page. The Pro plan includes a custom DPA with your company name.

How does payment work?

Pro subscriptions are handled via Lemon Squeezy, a European merchant of record, billed in EUR. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

Can I migrate my testimonials from Senja or Testimonial.to?

Import from third-party platforms is out of scope for the MVP. You can export your data from those tools and import it via the ProofEU API (Pro plan).
